Reservations / Bookings
We recommend you make an early seat booking through any of
our ticketing offices (list of locations,
click here).
When you make a reservation, please keep in mind the
following factors:
Ticketing Time Limit:
Please ensure that you have your ticket issued before the
expiry of your ticketing time limit or deadline, or your
booking will be automatically cancelled. This is a
procedure followed by the entire travel industry. Your
reservation agent will advise you of your time limit at
the time of reservation.
Booking reference number /
Passenger Name Record (PNR)
You will need your booking reference number (PNR) every
time you get in touch with our reservations/ticketing
agent. This PNR would also be required in case you need to
change your travel plan.
Changing Reservations
You can call any our reservation offices (list of
locations, click here) to change your itinerary
irrespective of whether the ticket is purchased or not.
Once the ticket has been issued, you can change your
reservation by contacting our reservation offices.
Always check for the conditions on your ticket viz. ticket
validity, restriction to travel on a specific flight and
period, cancellation fees conditions etc. before
purchasing your ticket.
In case you have made a change in your travel itinerary,
we suggest you collect the revised printout of the
itinerary to avoid any inconvenience at the time of
check-in.
Reconfirmation of your
reservations (Outside Oman)
Reconfirm your onward or return reservations before 72
hours of your next flight, with the
respective airline, at each destination, to avoid
cancellation of your bookings.
Ticketing
Our ticketing counters are conveniently located (list of
locations, click here) in Oman. You have the liberty of
purchasing your tickets from any of these offices.
Cancellation / Refund
For any unrestricted tickets (please check at
the time of ticketing) issued, there would be a document
cancellation fees of OMR5/- or as advised by the airlines
from time to time.
For any restricted ticket (please check at the time of
ticketing) the cancellation and refund charges would be
applicable as per the fares rules. |
